Julia is getting to be such a big girl these days! Finally, her hair is just long enough to sport piggy tails! She was so proud of her new do! There is no doubt that Julia will be keeping us on our toes from here on out! She became independent overnight and has finally found her voice. Her favorite words are, "uh-uh-no"! UGH! Let the fun begin!
