I just got terrible news from Doha. QMart, my favorite grocery store, the one closest to our compound, has closed. I am in shock and can hardly believe it. In my opinion, this was the only place to get meat. The cashiers and baggers were so wonderful! I hope that they were able to find work some place else. Sounds like my juice stall will be next!

Don't worry...MegaMart now sometimes carries USDA beef! Beleive it!!
yeah its sad they closed... and sadder that i missed the last day sale... The rumour ia that spinneys is opening there... not sure... very likely
