Last Music Class

Today was Kelsey's last music class! She LOVED going to music. Of course it helped that all of her friends were in the same class as well! Her favorite song was...."Me, Me, Me"...imagine that!!! The picture of her looking at her hand is after she received her great job stamp! She loves getting her hands stamped! It is magical!

Look at Baby Kelsey!

Sitting, accessible to Miss Kelsey, was her baby swing. It has been there for a couple of weeks, but for some reason she decided that she was going to go for a swing! I AM A HORRIBLE PARENT! Instead of getting her out, I grabbed my camera! She just had a blast swinging along and checking it all out! It has since been moved upstairs and out of her reach! ;-)

Kelsey 19 Months

Her hair is getting so long, too bad she won't let me put it up very often.

She is quite a fashion diva! With Mama's shoes and her hat, which she puts on herself!

Her favorite utensil in the kitchen is a whisk! She is such a big helper! Watch out Giada!!!

Move over Barney, here comes "Elmooooo"! Can you believe that I can't find an Elmo doll here? Kelsey received Bert and Ernie as a birthday present and she LOVES Bert! He'll just have to hold her over until we get to Houston!

Probably Not Ready for a Pet

...but if she was, it would definitely be a kitty! Imagine that! The kitty balloon was 35 QR ($9.46) and worth every penny. It has lasted nearly 3 weeks!

As many of you know, I will NOT be writing the next book on how to get your baby to sleep! For us, with all of our traveling and new places, this has worked. Seriously, who wouldn't want to wake up next to this!!! ;-)

Kelsey 18 Months

Hard to believe that Kelsey is already past her 18 month mark! Pretty amazing how time flies, but we have been enjoying every second! At her doctor's appointment, she was in the 5% for weight and 25% for height. She is just a peanut! Her favorite things to eat are "noodles", "bannanies" and "cake"! (Can't imagine where she got her sweet tooth!) When the doctor asked how many words she can say, I laughed as I had a huge running list by the time she was 14 months. To be honest, I have stopped counting. She never stops amazing me! She is a great helper and loves to help with household chores. I do believe she will take after a great family of cooks as she LOVES to help me in the kitchen! She is always so eager to help mix or add a few special ingredients! She loves to read and has finally starting reading in her tent (which she was initially terrified of)! It is now so hot that it is nearly impossible for us to be outside during the day, however, we do go out in the evenings. Kelsey loves to explore the street for cats. She is so funny, when she finds one, she gets down to its level and starts waving and saying "meow-meow"! It is really cute! She also enjoys popping "bubbles". Her favorite song in music class is "Me, Me, Me..." imagine that!
