Knocking Cancer Out of the Park

We had a wonderful opportunity to participate in the Relay for Life representing Chevron Phillips! There was lots to do, see and eat, which means the girls had a blast! So glad that I was able to put my hands on the adorable Sox outfit for Julia, she fit right in!

Strawberry Picking

I took the girls strawberry picking and you might be surprised to learn that we came home with a very small bag of strawberries! Kelsey was obsessed with us not picking too many! They had lots of fun and just couldn't believe all of the strawberries! Strawberry Shortcake would have had a blast! ;-) Oh have I mentioned the girls don't like dirt! lol

Spring Has Sprung

Can you believe it is already the end of March? Much like many of you, winter was pretty much nonexistent. Spring has arrived in full force and the temps are rising rapidly. Thank goodness we put the pool in!

The girls have been busier than ever. We spend most of our days outside playing and planting. The girls have loved our frequent trips to Lowes to pick up gardening supplies. They've enjoyed planting flowers in the front yard. I also had the crazy idea to plant a garden this year. Seriously what was I thinking?! We bought a raised bed, filled it with dirt and planted away! There is no telling what will be popping up after all of our TLC!
