Maw Maw is Here!

Michael's mom arrived late on Friday night. I of course woke up Miss Kelsey...it isn't every day that she gets to see one of her grammas! She came with a whole suitcase packed with clothes for Kelsey! WOW! This little girl will never have to wear the same thing twice!

She has adjusted well to the time change! We have been busy exploring Doha...so much more to do and see!

I Rolled Over

Kelsey rolled over today for the first time. She rolled over on her rainforest mat while I was blow drying my hair. Then she rolled over in her crib, when she should have been sleeping. Maw Maw saw that...I was going to get the camera. Then she rolled over for the camera on cue! I love that she looks right at the camera after she does it as if to say...that was easy!

My Mommy Left Me!

What do you get for a pregnant mommy-to-be who has everything for the baby and more? A massage at Sharq Village! Finally today, I thought I would take advantage. What a beautiful hotel. (totally regret not bringing Mom, Dad and Lori there) It was a wonderful 2.5 hours! Thanks Alyson, Traci and Lucy!





Of course going out for a couple of hours meant leaving Miss Kelsey behind. I thought you might enjoy this video of her talking!

Maw Maw is Coming!

(One of my Southern friends can surely correct the spelling of "Maw Maw"...it's the best this Yankee can do!) Michael's Mom is coming for a visit! She arrives late on Friday! Of course, she will have lots of goodies for Miss Kelsey!

Kelsey is now sleeping from 9-6 (at least...sometimes longer)! I can't figure it out. How does she get herself turned around in the crib? The funny thing to me is that she ALWAYS stays on her potty pad!














Her favorite things theses days, besides her Mommy and Daddy, are her HANDS! I can hardly take a picture anymore without one or both of them in her mouth. Sometimes I think she is going to swallow one of them! ;-)

Do you hear that? It is Kelsey sleeping through the night!!! Last night was the FIRST time she slept through the entire night! She has been doing great and usually only waking up once for a quick feed. But last night she slept from 9-6!!! To be honest, I was the one waking up in anticipation!
'Why is she taking ANOTHER picture of me?' Kelsey wondered.
